UFS101 - 5th Reflection Topic
Dear Carly, I noticed that you've been skipping Miss Intan's classes every single week. Don't you realize how important this class is, don't you know that you've been missing a lot? This isn't high school anymore, so, you should be aware of that. Did you really think that your parents would be happy with this? No, they'd literally kill you if you failed your exams. Our mid-term is coming up, and I bet that everyone is totally freaking out right now. And yet there you are, lingering around, doing nothing but updating your Facebook statuses. Please, stop skipping classes even though you don't like the subject or the lecturer. It would affect your grades, so keep it in mind. Lots of love, take care.

My hero is my daddy, Simon Linus. First of all, he is my hero because he showed me and my family a meaning of the sacrifice. My dad had irregular occupation. When I was a childhood, my dad worked as a businessman and after that, he followed politics. He always busy but he never let go his responsibility for example, he never let us hungry, no education, gave us a comfortable house and he always teach us to be a good person. Even though he always busy, he never forget to go to church every Sunday. He always reminds me and my family to pray every day and don’t forget about God’s loves. Besides that, my mom is house wife and five of us still study so he had to take care six of us. He is very strong man, love, caring and full of responsibility. He is my real hero.
UFS101 - 3rd Reflection Topic
What's a perfect health lifestyle that I wish to live? Definitely me, working out every day, hitting the gym 3 times a week, eating healthy and balanced diet. Unfortunately, gym membership is too expensive and I can't afford it cause' I don't have a job cause' I'm still living off my parents. To be honest, I'm not really happy with my lifestyle right now cause' it's so unhealthy, I dislike my skinny figure and it makes me look like a drug addict.
I don't really know much about nutrition, but I do know a balanced diet like those food pyramid thingy. Like eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Cycle two or three times a week, join a sports club, and tennis. Other than that, swimming is one of the best exercises for the whole body and it's fun.
My sleeping cycle is pretty messed up. Sometimes I sleep at 12 o'clock, sometimes I sleep at 2 in the morning. It can be pretty much depressing and/or stressing sometimes. I hope I can change this in the future and try to discipline myself! And the most important thing for me is to avoid stress, be happy and I'm young so might as well enjoy my life.
