UFS101 - 3rd Vocabulary Entry


1. Nutrition - The process of nourishing or being nourished    
=Poor nutrition can cause ill health and suppress immune function.


2. Philosophies - The study of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence, especially when considered as an academic discipline.
 
=What are the most important political philosophies to know about? 



3. Unrealistically - In an unrealistic manner.

=People in movies are unrealistically calm when they have guns, it's so funny.



4. Illnesses - A disease or period of sickness affecting the body or mind.

=What illnesses can you get out of sleep deprivation?

5. Diabetes - A disorder of the metabolism causing excessive thirst and the production of large amounts of urine.

=Type 2 diabetes is the most common form of diabetes.


6. Depression - Severe despondency and dejection, accompanied by feelings of hopelessness and inadequacy.

=Sometimes, she have to deal with her depression problem because she has no one to talk to.

7. Energy - The strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.

= She doesn't have enough energy to get through her day.

8. Stabilize - Make or become stable

=she doesn't know how to stabilize her camera without a tripod.

9. Satisfying - Giving fulfillment or the pleasure associated with this.

=One of my most satisfying foods is Lamb Curry.

10. Depriving - Deny (a person or place) the possession or use of something.= Some models are depriving themselves of the foods that they love
