UFS101 - 4th Vocabulary Entry


1.   Genuinely - truly: in accordance with truth or fact or reality
=she is a genuinely nice person.
2. Trait - A distinguishing quality or characteristic, typically one belonging to a person.
=Janet has her mother's traits. Love to go to club at night.
3. Affects - Have an effect on; make a difference to
      =He is dyslexic but he doesn't tell anyone and it is affecting his grade, real badly.

4. Leadership -The action of leading a group of people or an organization.
      =Not many people admire George W. Bush's leadership style.

5. Exhibits - To show outwardly; display

    = The photographer exhibits the faces of September 11 survivors for his latest book.


6. Humble - Having or showing a modest or low estimate of one's own importance.

    =Although that women's rich, she is very humble towards people around her.

7. Worrying - Give way to anxiety or unease; allow one's mind to dwell on difficulty or troubles.

    =She has got to stop worrying about her boyfriend talking to another girl.

8. Perfection - The condition, state, or quality of being free or as free as possible from all flaws or defects.

    = He has been obsessing about Iphone 4 since it's release because everyone thinks that it is a perfection.

9. Selfishness - Stinginess resulting from a concern for your own welfare and a disregard of others.

    = Your selfishness bores me.

10. Sacrifice - to make a sacrifice (of); give up, surrender, or destroy (a person, thing, etc) 

    =People doesn't realize that they sacrifice their privacy by using Facebook.
